TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "user") and One World One Water LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and governs your use of the Company's website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific features, products, or services of the Company. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you must not use the Services.

USE OF SERVICES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Services:
(a) In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
(b) To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or users of the Services or expose them to liability;
(c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing);
(d) To use any manual or automated software, devices, or other processes to "crawl" or "spider" any page of the Company's website or mobile applications;
(e) To use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission; or
(f) To introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful materials to the Services or to the Company's systems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ITS OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR THE COMPANY'S MOBILE APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
